"I came to see David as I was training for the Tough Mudder event in Wales and had twelve weeks to get myself into some sort of shape physically. As soon as I met him it was clear he understood my goals and how to get me there, for the next ten weeks I was trained to a level in which I never been pushed to before and without David's know how I would have never have finished the course of twelve miles and 25 obstacles in the three hours I did. David offers a great knowledge of how to get the most from your body with varied programmes and stuff to challenge at every session. I would not only recommend David I would be comfortable in saying that he provides a level specific training that you would struggle to find at your standard personal training , coupled with this he's a bloody decent bloke who makes it a pleasure to train rather than a chore.
